By accessing or using TinyHeadless ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

TinyHeadless is a headless content management system that allows you to create, manage, and deliver content through a REST API and optional hosted websites. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, content editor, media management, and API access.

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or any form of malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through TinyHeadless. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to operate the Service.

API Usage

Access to the TinyHeadless API is provided through API keys generated in your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access if usage is deemed excessive or abusive.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your content and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyHeadless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
